From custom brake mounts on a time trial tandem to replacing damaged bottle cage bosses Tom has tackled plenty of unusual challenges.

The workshop is equipped with Helicoil kits for a number of bolt sizes and for 9/16 pedal threads, if you have damaged the threads on your chainset crank arms they can be fixed by drilling out the original threads and inserting a helicoil to return the chainset back into use.
